DIP.B is all about being carefree and living your life,
exploring new places and people, our theme for this collection was
hippie/festival and for summertime it is perfect! Our pieces have been dip-dyed
and bleached for that carefree festival look, there’s a piece in there for
everyone! Behind DIP.B there are two crazy fun loving designers Mehnaz Kossar
and Yasmeen Khalid we have designed this collection for young people like us
who enjoy fashion and travelling but want to give back as well.
Yasmeen: “ Travelling, rich cultures and people just ‘passing you by’ you never know who you could meet. These are all big influences in my work, I love bright colours and crazy prints, and anything leopard print! You’ll never see me dressing in all black you always need a bit of colour in your outfit.”
Mehnaz: “Fashion for me is fun if you let it be, you can be who you want to be; one day you’re a fun loving hipster the next day you’re a sporty chic it’s up to you and it’s only clothes at the end of the day so have fun and dress up! Art and people are most inspirational when it comes to my work; friends and the people who surround you day to day play a big part in inspiring me.”
So go out do what you want and wear what you want and remember to stay happy!
